Welcome to America’s Best Value Inn & Suites, Located in Waller, Texas!  Our newly constructed property was opened at the end of April 2005.  We are conveniently located 40 miles northwest from the downtown Houston area, at the intersection of Hwy 290 and FM 2920. 

Our two-story, exterior design offers 35 nicely furnished guests rooms; we provide King mini-suites, Queen size rooms, and Jacuzzi and Handicap room are available upon reservation.  We do have a mixture of smoking and non-smoking rooms furnished with extra amenities such as a mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, hairdryer, iron and board, free local calls, free hi-speed internet access, am/fm clock radio, free wake-up service, cable TV with HBO and ESPN, and more.  In room safe deposit boxes are also available. 

We offer special rates for group, school, and sport functions as well as family reunions and weddings.  We accept AARP, AAA and many other discount programs.  While staying at our Inn, please enjoy the complimentary continental breakfast served fresh each morning and end your day by relaxing in our crystal clear outdoor pool and/or hot tub.  We aim to provide prompt, friendly and pleasant service to our guests with our 24/7 staff and give our guests that warm, down-home country feel.
